**IMPORTANT NOTICE** Due to the current situation with COVID-19, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT if: * You have recently travelled overseas or been in contact with with anyone that has. * If you or anyone in your household are feeling unwell, showing signs of cold/flu, runny nose, etc. If any of these symptoms are displayed, you will be refused treatment.
Please don't bring children/friends. Only the person booked will be allowed in the salon. Cancellation fees will be waived during this time.
BOOKINGS Bookings can be made online, Facebook message or you can call or SMS the salon on 0456 087 274. All bookings will receive a confirmation email and all appointments will be confirmed with an SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment time. Please be mindful that it is your responsibility to remember your appointments dates and times. All treatments $100 or more will require a 20% booking fee at the time of booking to secure your time at the salon. This can be paid via cash, credit card, bank deposit or PayPal and will be deducted from the total cost at the end of your treatment. This booking fee is non refundable if you fail to give 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment, this booking fee, plus the remainder of your service, will need to be paid before you are able to make another appointment with us. Please book in advance to ensure you secure your preferred time.
BROW MAINTENANCE POLICY Brows must be maintained within 4 weeks of your last visit. Bookings made outside of 4 weeks will require a re-design at the Initial Design price unless otherwise arranged. It is strongly recommended to rebook your next appointment before leaving the salon. This guarantees your preferred booking time and also reduces the risk of having to pay the higher maintenance tier. I am usually fully booked up to 2 weeks in advance so last minute appointments aren't always possible. YOUR APPOINTMENT If it's your first time visiting Infinity Brow Beautique, please allow for traffic, roadworks, weather, etc, and so that you can experience full enjoyment of the time allocated for your service. On completion of your treatment you will be given post-treatment advice to enhance the benefits of the treatment received.
LATE ARRIVALS Your appointment time is time set aside especially for you. If you are late to your appointment it may mean you will not receive the full time normally allocated for your treatment and you will still be charged the full service amount. If you arrive 15 minutes or later, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule to another time. A cancellation fee will also apply.
CANCELLATIONS 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to accommodate another client to have that appointment time. Rescheduling the same appointment more than twice, or cancellation within 24 hours, will result in a cancellation fee of $20 which will be added to your next appointment, or due immediately if you are not making another appointment. If you fail to show to your appointment, you will be required to pay for your service in full before booking any future appointments. Regular No Show offenders will not be booked again. If you regularly fail to give less than 24 hours notice or frequently arrive late, then full payment may be requested prior to your next service.
CHILDREN/GUESTS Ideally it is not suitable to have babies/children in the salon. It is a distraction for myself and also lessens the enjoyment of the service for you. If you need to bring your baby/child, please be mindful that this is at your own risk. If your child is a distraction, for you or myself, you will be asked to book any future appointments when you are child free. Any damages caused by children will need to be paid for or replaced. This policy has been implemented for the safety of your child and also for your peace of mind. This applies to children 12yrs and under. It is preferable that you come to your appointment alone, but if you would like to bring a guest, I can accommodate one guest in the treatment room. SICKNESS: If you, or any children you bring to the salon, are unwell, PLEASE do not to come to your appointment. I cannot afford to get sick and I also have family at home that also cannot afford to get sick. If you arrive unwell please understand that I will not be able to perform your service and your appointment will be rescheduled.
PAYMENT OPTIONS All services and product prices are inclusive of GST. Payment methods are cash, credit card, bank deposit and PayPal. ALL card and PayPal transactions will incur a 2% surcharge. Prices are subject to change without notice.
